Win10/11 一键禁用更新脚本 windows-update-disabler

方法一：通过修改延迟更新的方式： 

执行： 

按 Win + X 键选择 Windows PowerShell (管理员)

按右键粘贴这行代码后回车即可：
reg add "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsUpdate\UX\Settings" /v FlightSettingsMaxPauseDays /t reg_dword /d 10000 /f

2. 关于激活Win11：

右击开始图标，打开Windows终端(管理员)，输入以下命令

slmgr -ipk W269N-WFGWX-YVC9B-4J6C9-T83GX

slmgr -skms kms.0t.net.cn

slmgr -ato
